1. General

1.1 These terms apply to visits to www.mulderenvanschie.nl. Mulder & Van Schie is a brand name of Het Psychologencollectief, which supports independent psychologists. After registration, treatment takes place with an affiliated psychologist, not with Het Psychologencollectief itself. These terms govern the legal relationship first with Het Psychologencollectief, then with the psychologist.

1.2 The terms apply to all offers and agreements, unless agreed otherwise in writing. By using the website you accept these terms.

1.3 Het Psychologencollectief and/or the psychologist reject terms of other parties.

1.4 Deviations are only possible with explicit written consent.

2. The psychologist

2.1 The psychologist offers independent, commercial services in which client and psychologist work together on reducing psychological complaints, usually in trajectories of 4 to 24 weeks with weekly sessions of 45 minutes to an hour.

3. Liability — website

3.1 Although Het Psychologencollectief works carefully, information may be incomplete or incorrect. No rights can be derived from the information on the website.

3.2 Het Psychologencollectief and/or the psychologist are not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the website.

3.3 The information provided does not replace medical advice from a qualified physician. Het Psychologencollectief does not give medical advice.

3.4 Use without verification by a physician is at the user's own risk.

4. Liability — treatment

4.1 Clients remain responsible for their own learning and development process. Het Psychologencollectief and/or the psychologist are not liable for results.

4.2 The services are complementary to medical care and do not replace it.

4.3 Although carefully composed, course material may be incomplete or incorrect. No rights can be derived from the content of the course material.

4.4 Het Psychologencollectief and/or the psychologist are not liable for direct or indirect damage, including consequential and immaterial damage.

4.5 Liability is limited to direct damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct, with a maximum of € 75 per event.

5. The psychologist's fees

5.1 The first meeting (introduction) is free and without obligation. For current fees for intake and treatment sessions and the cancellation policy, seeFees & insurance.

5.2 The psychologist sends invoices by email after every two to three sessions.

5.3 In case of comorbid conditions you may qualify for reimbursement via the Dutch Basis-GGZ through your health insurer, which requires a GP referral. The deductible is € 385.

5.4 Fee changes do not apply to existing clients for two months.

5.5 Payment within 14 days of the invoice date to the stated bank account.

5.6 In case of non-payment after 14 days, a first free reminder follows. A second reminder carries a 15% surcharge on the original amount.

5.7 After the second reminder a collection agency may be engaged; all its costs are borne by the debtor.

5.8 In case of non-payment the psychologist may suspend the trajectory indefinitely and end it after 30 days.

5.9 Suspension or termination does not affect the payment obligation for services already received.

5.10 The psychologist reserves the right to require advance payment in case of credit concerns; refusal may lead to suspension of services.

6. Information on the website

6.1 All information on the website (text, software, photos, sound, music, videos) is the property of Het Psychologencollectief or its licensors, including copyrights and trademark rights.

6.2 Information may not be downloaded, copied, distributed or otherwise exploited without written permission.

7. Links from this website

7.1 The site may contain hyperlinks to external websites. Het Psychologencollectief accepts no responsibility for their content.

7.2 Het Psychologencollectief is not responsible for the availability of external sites and does not endorse external advertisements or products.

7.3 Het Psychologencollectief is not liable for damage caused by external websites.

7.4 Check the terms and privacy policy of external sites yourself.

8. Changes

8.1 Het Psychologencollectief reserves the right to change these terms.

8.2 Het Psychologencollectief may change its data handling and apply adjustments to existing data.

8.3 Check the website regularly for changed terms.

9. Privacy

9.1 Het Psychologencollectief and/or the psychologist handle data carefully. Data is not provided to third parties unless legally required.

9.2 Data is used exclusively for the services.
