Complaints procedure

Are you dissatisfied with your treatment or our service? Please contact us first viainfo@mulderenvanschie.nl. We are happy to look for a solution together.

If we cannot resolve it together, you can turn to an external organisation. Our psychologists are members of the Dutch Association for Healthcare Psychology (NVGzP) or the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP). Both have a formal complaints procedure.

In the quality statutes you can check which organisation your psychologist is affiliated with, so you can file a formal complaint there. Unclear? Email us atinfo@mulderenvanschie.nl.
