Complaints procedure

Are you dissatisfied with your treatment or our service? Please contact us first viainfo@mulderenvanschie.nl. We are happy to look for a solution together.

If we cannot resolve it together, you can turn to an external organisation. Our psychologists are members of the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP), which has a formal complaints procedure. The NIP website explainshow to file a complaint(in Dutch).
